Faith you are 4 months old!
You weigh 14.1 lbs
And are 24 and a half inches tall
At your last doctor appt you got 3 more vaccinations and yet again another clean bill of health. The doctor tells us constantly how wonderful you are doing. She always tells me " I can tell how much you are loving being a mother" and boy is she right!
You eat about every 3 to 4 hours and usually eat between 5-6 ounces. Sometimes more! We are constantly amazed how your little belly holds so much! The doctor told us we can start feeding you regular food! This weekend we will have you try some rice cereal and maybe a little sweet potatoes!
You wear size 2 diapers still and we have found that the Up & U.p brand diapers from Target are the best and it doesn't hurt that they are the cheapest! We are still using diapers from your baby shower and have only bought one pack of Up & U.p just to try. And we love them! In fact they are your night time diaper they are that good!
This month you discovered rolling over! Previously you had rolled over once or twice on accident but now you are a rolly polly! You are constantly rolling over the second you are laid down on your back! It is so fun to watch you try and crawl! Mommy and Daddy think you will be crawling soon no matter what people tell us!
Mommy put together your jumper early in the month and boy did you love it! Your first time in it your seemed a little unsure but now that your tiny toes reach the ground your a bouncing machine! You bounce and bounce and love the lights and music!
You sleep almost through the night. While it is still not completely predictable you seem to be telling us ( by being incredibly fussy) that you are ready for bed around 7pm. You wake around 1-2am for a bottle and are back down til close to 7! We really couldn't ask for more! You still sleep swaddled at night but are taking naps unswaddled!
In fact just this week you started napping in your crib! No more swing naps for you! You love getting all comfy in your crib with your binky and you take wonderful naps!
Oh yeah this month you started taking a binky! Once we discovered what brand you liked, you almost instantly took to the binky and it helps sooth you when you go down for a nap!
Early in the month you had your first over night at Grandma's house while Mommy and Daddy went to Daddy's work party. You did awesome from what she said but boy did we miss you!
This month you had your first Christmas! You went to Grandma's house on Christmas Eve and got so many gifts! A glow worm, a tennis racket, stuffed animals, talking toys and clothes of course! Christmas Day we spent with Mommy's aunt and we had another wonderful day as well!
You also met Santa and didn't really mind the jolly old man. You just sat on his lap rather confused but didn't cry at all! Mrs. Clause just fell in love with you! Really how could she not! And of course following along with the Christmas traditions you also got your first Christmas tree!
This month you also took your first trip to the beach! You really liked it and just starred at everything around you. Mommy and Daddy took over 300 pictures in our 1 hour at the beach because you are so darn cute!
You love it when Mommy & Daddy do anything with you! You just love attention and being talked to! You are always letting us know that you don't like it when we aren't giving you are full attention all the time! You love when we make slurping noises and when we pretend your going to fall on the bed. It's funny and weird but you love it!

We tried the up and up diapers too and liked them in the beginning but then she started waking more and more during the night so we switched back to Pamp.ers. But we love the up and up formula!

Oh my gosh, girl these pictures are just precious. I love love love this post. You have such a sweetie pie baby girl. I'm so glad she is doing good and is so healthy.
She seems to be excelling very well. Eating food. She will love that.

Hello! So glad you found my blog! I'm amazed how quickly your little angel was placed with you and your husband. It gives me so much hope-I can't wait to finally be a mom! I feel like I was born to be a mom and I can't wait to experience motherhood!
