Pumpkin Patch #3 and in Texas

While Faith and I had a wonderful time at Pumpkin Patches in California we have to say we had our best time at Pumpkin Patch #3 in Texas with Dada!!! The day after Faith and I arrived in back in Texas Dada and I decided we should hit up a pumpkin patch! I am so glad we did too! Even though it seemed like a long drive ( 40 minutes or so) just to check out some pumpkins we had such a great time and it was so nice to finally be together again as a family of three!

This pumpkin patch is actually a Christmas tree farm so it was really neat to check out a place where we can cut our Christmas tree next month! The pumpkin patch was so homie! It felt like being on your grandpa's farm or something! They had everything you could want and it was all free after having paid admission! They had paint your own pumpkins, make your own scare crow, hay rides, pony rides, they took out tons of toys for kids like tricycles and sand toys, they had swings sets and even just random stuff like an old boat the kids could play in or antique tractors. They had z corn maze and even a pet adoption and Faith was just loving seeing the "puppys". How I said it felt just like grandpa's farm!

So first we had to stop and pose for some pictures with the pumpkins

At this point Faith wasn't to sure of what was going on. You'd think she'd be a pro at what these giant orange balls are after having been to three pumpkin patches :) After checking out the pumpkins the hay ride took us to another part of the far,.

They had lots of really neat antique tractors and I was super proud of how this photo turned out too!

Next Faith got to pick a duck out of the duck pond and then get a prize! The little boy in charge of handing out prizes smartly handed our 13 month old the puzzle :) Apparently she looks really smart!

Faith enjoyed playing some corn hole with Daddy

And then enjoyed a lawn mower ride with Daddy as well

Next we got back on the hay ride to head to the next part of the farm! It was so fun taking the hayride to all the different areas and each area had something fun and new to offer!

Letting a 13 month old guide you through a corn maze only gets you lost! But let me tell you girl took charge and never acted once like she was lost! She must take after her father!

Also at the second part of the farm they had free face painting. I knew Faith wouldn't be too into it but we tried the easiest thing which was a kitty cat and I would have to say it turned out pretty darn cute! The girl paiting her face did a wonderful job while Faith tried to eat the paint brush.

I just adore this picture! She would squeeze onto Daddy's head so tight!

Daddy teaching Faith how to ride a bike. Daddy ( the cyclist) believes you can never start to early

Every cool cat needs some sun glasses!

Sadly we didn't get a picture of the three of us but we did get this cute one of me and my baby girl!

We did leave with a pumpkin and an incredibly fun time at the pumpkin patch! We spent the next day gutting the pumpkin and it has yet to be carved since we can't decide what to carve into it :)

Any suggestions?

Too late to offer my suggestions on the pumpkin carving but I would have said a kitty since that's what you had painted on her face. :-)

These pictures are amazing. The one with the tractor is beautiful. And the one on the bike with daddy is adorable. She's just so easy to photograph, right!
