California...Again :)

We are home! Home as in sweet sweet southern California! It feels better and better every time we come back and I am thankful to be home for the holidays!

Faith and I flew in on the 13th and Daddy will be following on the 21st! It was just beyond words wonderful to be on a plane coming to California! I actually got tears in my eyes when the flight attendant said " Welcome to Los Angeles". Totally corny I know but it just made me realize how much I miss this place and how much it is home!

Sure its over priced, lots of crazies and is currently raining cats and dogs but guess what? I don't care! Being home makes every negative thing about the state wonderful in my eyes. I only wish I could have seen it before I moved 1500 miles away! But anyways.....

Our flight over was wonderful PRAISE THE LORD! I can't tell you how much I worry every single time we fly and every single time we fly Faith does awesome and I wonder why I keep driving myself crazy like that! We were so lucky that the flight was about 75% full so we had a whole row to ourselves and I learned having a car seat on the plane is sooooo helpful! Faith sat in it for about the first hour and a half ( half way) and then we got up changed her diaper then I let her move around and kept her out of her seat until they turned on the seat belt signb for decent and she went right back in anf fell asleep for the final 30 minutes. It was such a blessing to have a free seat for her and a whole row to ourselves AND a very happy baby :)

Faith drawing Mama pictures on the plane!

We arrived to my Daddy picking us up then went to our favorite mexican hole in the wall restaraunt for lunch! Faith enjoyed grabbing cheese off my taco's and then eating all my ice :)

Tuesday was spent visiting the best of friends and Wednesday ( which deserves a blog post of its own) was spent at downtown Disney with some new friends :) It was a long day but an incredibly wonderful day as well!

Faith was knocked out at this point!
Thursday we relaxed and Friday spent time with Faith's future husband and his new little brother! It was so fun! Faith and her Future Hubby ate baked cookies with lots of sprinkles

and we all went for a walk in the rain!

Yesterday consisted of Christmas shopping in the rain and wrapping every gift without needing one label because well, there all for Faith!

And here we are today enjoying this rainy Sunday!

Blogging may be lacking this next week as I am soaking in every second here in California in case I don't get to say it later I hope you all have a wonderful and blessed Christmas!!!

How fun to be home for Christmas! This is totally random, but I'm pretty sure your new friends adopted from the same agency we did and actually spoke about transracial adoption at the info session we went to not long before we decided to move. Crazy small world!
