6 Months Old....February 13th 2012

Ty.son Jam.es you are 6 Months Old!

No really 6 months, 25 weeks, 181 days old! A whole half a year as flown by since that wonderful day we first laid eyes on you and how you have changed little guy!

You are 18.1lbs and 27 inches tall ( 50th percentile for both) We honestly thought you'd be close to 30 lbs by now with all those chub rolls that we love so much!

You wear a size 3 diaper and are in 6 month clothing although some of them are already snug on you!

You eat 7-8 oz every 3-4 hours and are doing a wonderful job at holding your own bottle now like a big boy!

You want to crawl so badly it hurts! I can just see the determination in your face as you kick and wiggle and yet stay right where you are! You get pretty frustrated to say the least but I know its coming soon that you will be moving all over like crazy! Then I'm really in for it :)

And just this month you have really started loving your sister. I mean you smile when she talks to you and holds you and you are pretty patient with her as she brings you only the toys she says you can play with and takes the others from you. Oh boy...I can only imagine what is to come between the two of you!

We've been outdoors a lot this past month including a fun trip to the pier

and a wonderful day at the somewhat local aquarium

You have also REALLY discovered your toes this past month and love to eat them!

You love being a part of everything now! Rather its just having a conversation or sitting down for a snack or playin with sissy and Dada you love to be right in the action with everything!

Oh Tyson my Tyson we love you so much and I can't even begin to fathom how we are half way to your first birthday! Your growing so fast and you are so wonderful I'm remembering more and more to soak in all my seconds with you sweet boy! I love you!
