Show Us Your Wedding Party & Flowers!

This week over at Kelly's Korner is show us your wedding party & flowers! So check out my wedding fun!

Hubby and got married on August 4th 2007. Meaning that Tuesday will be 2 wonderful years with the man of my dreams!

We married in a town about 20 minutes from where we live on a beautiful mountain side golf course. It was a beautiful warm day and everything was perfect!

Our wedding party consisted of 4 on each side. Greg had his 3 brothers and his brother in law and I had my very best friend, cousin, step sister, and sister in law. It was really important for us to have people in our wedding who we knew without a doubt would be in our life in 20 years. We didn't want to look back on wedding photos and remember a friend we " used" to have. So for us it was all about family and of course by best friend of 11 years *T*.

THE WHOLE WEDDING PARTY

Say cheese!

Kisses for all to see

We're all so cute!

BRIDESMAIDS

Me and my maid of honor and best friend *T*

And my Cousin *J*

My step sister *C*

And my sister in law *A*

GROOMSMEN

This was the guys favorite pictures cuz it was the " Flying V'

Brotherly love

I love this picture of Greg's 3 brother's smiling... it's such a great picture

I knew I wanted a beautiful red for our wedding. I didn't want too red matchy matchy so I was watching " Whose wedding is it anyways?" one day and they took a chocolate brown and paired it with cranberry and I was sold! So our colors were an apple red, chocolate brown, gold, and the flowers mixed in some shades of pink, orange and lots of beautiful greenery. We also had beautiful red drapery in the reception area ( I don't think we're suppose to do reception pictures yet :) and had these amazing hanging candles in the area right outside our tent which were my favorite decorative item of the day!

This was the arrangement for the sign in table

These were the bridesmaid bouquets
We had high and low centerpieces and these were the high ones. I LOVED them!

The whole table with the high center pieces

And these were the low ones which were equally as beautiful! We named the tables love words like " Adore" " Love" " Forever" etc.

Our ceremony music wasn't to traditional. I picked every song to be played during guests coming and of course picked all the music for everyone to walk down to. When the guys entered ( before us girls) I had them playing "When A Man Loves A Woman" by Michael Bolton. I love that version and thought it would be so great! Then I forgot what the parents music was...but the bridesmaid music was actually " This I Swear" by Nick Lachey. I remember that moment so clear watching them all walk down the aisle because that song was so beautiful " And I will love you, til forever, until death do us part we'll be together. So take my hand and hold on tight....this I swear" It was so beautiful! THEN my big moment! The song was " From This Moment" by Shania Twain. It was exactly how I imagined it. I waited until her words started " From this moment, Life has begun..." It was perfect! I forgot what our song after the ceremony was but I think it was ... shoot I don't remember!

Again I can't stress what a beautiful perfect day it was! I was so blessed to have such a beautiful day with such a beautiful man by my side!

I walked down to "From This Moment" by Shania, too!! Of course it was ten years ago and back then, everyone had that song in their wedding. My friends and family still joke about it being the longest song ever. I loved that song, though!!

Your wedding was gorgeous!! Happy anniversary!

I have a feeling that that anonymous no-talent posting was by one of my brothers! And speaking of brothers...I never saw that pic of the brothers laughing before. Great pic!
