Weekend Review

I hate doing just weekend reviews. I want to blog everyday and share all the wonderful details of being a mom. A mom to Faith and how wonderful it is, but at the end of the day when she is asleep, I am tired and need some time with my husband. So blogging goes on the back burner ( as it should) and I find weeks going by in between blogs. I’m trying to find a good middle ground because blogging isn’t just about community and comments its about memories. This is my scrap book, our life, our journey and I don’t want to forget a single moment!

So all that being said here’s our weekend in review!

Well Friday night starting off my birthday weekend celebration! My bestie took me out to a wonderful dinner and just an all around great night out. Its so wonderful to have those nights with her, just the 2 of us enjoying each others company and catching up on life. It seems no matter how much time may have passed since we last got together things are just natural with us. It’s like we were destined to be best friends forever :)

Saturday was my 26th birthday! Now officially closer to 30 than 20! Holy moly! Honestly though I feel great about getting older. I mean how could I not every year of my life has brought me so many blessings! I’m excited to see what the Lord has in store for 26!

Hubby, Faith and I spent the day at another local Easter event! It was a lot of fun! I love just watching Faith observe everything and every one around her.

Later that night we went to a Teppan steakhouse for a delicious dinner with my family! Faith did really well considering it was close to bed time but she enjoyed the show and of course eating her new favorite food, Puffs!

And because this post is already so long I will save Easter details for tomorrow!
