Did I just title a blog post Halloween on November 21st?
Why yes, yes I did ! Got a problem with that ? :)
Well we had a great Halloween! We were so happy Daddy got off in time to visit to come trick or treating with us!
We started off at Grandma's house ust hanging out in the jacuzzi, napping and getting dressed up!
My little Tyson was a lobsster! And the most handsome lobster I have ever seen at that!
In all honesty though he hated the costume. I don't know if he was just grumpy or cold or a little of both but he cried a lot in it. So after I tortured him with lots of pictures we took it off him so he could be happy. Even though Tyson didn't like his costume Winni liked it for him and kept wanting to pose for pictures with him.
Then it was time for Winni to get her costume on! Now for the Halloween parties we attended she went as a Dallas Cowboys Cheerleader but I like my little girl to be slightly silly and I also knew this would be the last year I would get to dress her how I wanted to after much searching and a last minute costume Winni was a...
penguin!
She absolutely loved it! She waddled all over and and was so proud later days when people would ask her what she was for halloween she would say " Penguin...waddle waddle waddle"
And as much as she loved posing with Tyson out of her costume she was having none of it while in her costume.
Yup that was the best we got.
So anywho we decided to let Tyson stay home while we walked around the neightborhood because it was FREEZING ( for California at least) so we took our family photo...
did a practice run with Papa...
and off we went!
Winni enjoyed trick or treating a lo. A few houses scared her that we over the top and at the beginning she couldn't seem to grasp what was going on but she was an angel all night. Please and thank you and even trick or treat! She was simply the best and I know by the awesome smile on her face all night she had a wonderful time.
I'm pretty sure she would have stopped after getting her first piece of candy she was so excited but we talked her into getting a little more before heading home to go visit Auntie before it got to late! She may have enjoyed herself the most handing out candy at her Auntie's house of which I have no pictures but she'd tell every kid " Here ya go!" and after a while needed a little rest :)
We had the best time and can not wait for next year when I have two babies walking and knocking on doors!

Lovely Halloween party I love the lobster he is so cute with his attire..
So cute! We haven't yet attempted trick or treating...next year I'll maybe do that, lol! And all my pictures now of both babies consist of them trying to get away, so I totally get that:). And I'm late on very post I write now - if I get to them at all:). Such is life with 2 I guess!
That black and white photo is just gorgeous! Both kids looked great in their costumes. :)
