Just Believe: Christmas Catch up {Part 1}

Not that anyone really gives a crap about our Christmas specially at this point I am sick in bed today and having lots of time to catch up on blog posts so thought I would post about our Christmas Eve!

Well simply stated Christmas was perfect!

I never thought when we signed up with our lawyer in July that we would be a family of four by Christmas so to look at this picture brings tears to my eyes!

Traditionally we spent Christmas Eve at my mom's house and this year was no different. We had a wonderful turkey dinner with all the fixings

and as tradition follows my mom always puts scratcher tickets under all our plates. I gotta say this year between like 8 of us we barely won 5 bucks! Rough times rough times :) But its always fun scratching off some scratchers!

Since we didn't go big on gifts this year we knew we would need to kill some time so I decided to set up a " Minute to Win It" game. To my shock more than half of my family had no idea what that was! LOL made the concept a little hard to explain but I think everyone had a great time none the less!

The absolute best part of the game was Winni watching us all try and put cookies on our foreheads and get them to our mouths! She would put one on her head and then lean way back to it would fall off and then she would just grab another one and do it all over again...It was too funny!

We did boys against girls and honestly no one won! We all screwed up so many games and lets just say we won't be auditioning for the actual show any time soon.

And of course after all the fun it was time for more fun and openning presents!

Tyson woke up to spend some gift openning time with us but as you will see he wasn't all that excited about anything and I am pretty sure his only thoughts of the night were " Please put me to bed!"
